ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to support students' communication needs in a middle school setting.

About the Role

This full-time position requires a minimum of 1+ years speech therapy experience. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced Speech Language Pathologist to assist in implementing speech and language treatment plans, conduct screenings, document student progress, and collaborate with teachers to achieve communication goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized speech and language treatment plans
  • Conduct initial and periodic speech and language screenings for assigned students
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify and address communication barriers
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • Valid SLPA license or certification
  • Experience working in schools or with children preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is $32/hour, with opportunities for professional growth and development within ProCare Therapy.
