We are currently seeking a **People Operations Specialist** who will play a vital role in shaping and enhancing the employee experience at LetsGetChecked. This full-time position will report to our US People Operations Team.
The **People Operations Specialist** will be instrumental in supporting the People department and collaborating with various stakeholders across multiple areas of human resources. Key responsibilities include managing the People information system, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, handling contract management, probation oversight, employee support, and contributing to People Operations projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and execute human resource programs throughout the employee lifecycle, including compensation, benefits, leave management, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
- Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews.
- Address HR-related inquiries from employees regarding standard policies via email or in-person requests.
- Manage employment-related questions from applicants, employees, and supervisors, escalating complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Stay informed about trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a dynamic HR administrative role or a similar position.
- Familiarity with BambooHR and/or ADP is desirable but not mandatory.
- Proficient in computer systems, particularly the MS Office Suite.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, including the use of formulas and formatting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible and capable of managing time effectively while working independently.
