Primary Duties:

  • Welcome all guests with a friendly and courteous demeanor
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Guide visitors and furnish information
  • Confirm membership and residency identification
  • Process cash transactions
  • Distribute wristbands
  • Oversee service desk functions
  • Respond to phone inquiries and assist as needed
  • Provide recreational equipment, towels, and locks
  • Support with light cleaning responsibilities

Requirements, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or in the process of completion
  • Previous experience in customer service and cash handling is advantageous
  • Dynamic, organized, with excellent communication abilities
  • Proficient computer and telephone skills are essential
  • Minimum age requirement of 16, with preference for 18+

Work Schedule: Approximately 15-19 hours weekly. Shifts may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays based on availability.

Flexibility is essential, with a willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. This position is available year-round.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly wage: $14.00
