Position Overview

The Arc of the Quad Cities Area is currently in search of a Resident Accounts Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Distributing communication related to satisfaction surveys for families and stakeholders.
  • Creating labels and managing mailings or bulk mailings for designated individuals.
  • Entering cash logs and checks into an Excel spreadsheet for each resident account in CILA homes at least twice a month.
  • Preparing monthly reports for each individual in CILA's resident account for guardians (upon request), the Director of Residential(s), the Residential Alternatives Program Supervisor, and the assigned QIDP.

To be considered for this position, candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of one year of relevant experience. A valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance are also required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with individuals, employees, volunteers, visitors, and others. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with basic bookkeeping systems are highly advantageous.
