Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new investment opportunities to identify potential growth areas
  • Develop and manage financial models for new acquisitions to ensure accurate valuations
  • Support due diligence and transaction management for new acquisitions to ensure smooth deal execution
  • Lead investment committee presentations for new investments to drive business growth
  • Conduct financial analysis to support asset management of the current portfolio
  • Occasional travel to tour properties to assess their potential

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate private equity, preferably with investment banking experience
  • Proven track record of success in residential, mobile home, RV park, or similar asset classes
  • Prior leadership experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Must be available to work 4 days per week in-office in New York City
