Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate new investment opportunities to identify potential growth areas
- Develop and manage financial models for new acquisitions to ensure accurate valuations
- Support due diligence and transaction management for new acquisitions to ensure smooth deal execution
- Lead investment committee presentations for new investments to drive business growth
- Conduct financial analysis to support asset management of the current portfolio
- Occasional travel to tour properties to assess their potential
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate private equity, preferably with investment banking experience
- Proven track record of success in residential, mobile home, RV park, or similar asset classes
- Prior leadership experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Must be available to work 4 days per week in-office in New York City
