Job Opportunity

Weinstein Properties, a family-owned company with a rich history of success, is seeking a skilled Corporate Accountant to join our team.

Where: This position will be based out of our Corporate Office in Glen Allen, VA.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes part remote work and at least 2 days in office per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform account reconciliations and month-end close journal entries.
  • Review and analyze monthly financial statements.
  • Prepare year-end tax workpapers, including fixed asset system entries and trial balance reviews.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
