HR Administrator Specialist

At Rev.io, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting in the execution, development, and implementation of key HR programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a comparable role, such as office administration or HR administration, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
The salary for this position is estimated at $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including unlimited PTO, paid parental leave, company-paid life and disability insurance, monthly tech reimbursement, and an education and development stipend.
About the Role: As an HR Administrator Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks within the Human Resources department. These may include recruitment and employment, training and development, employee relations, affirmative action, employee rewards and recognition, and safety programs. You will work closely with the VP of People to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's mission and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee relations investigations, handling with the utmost confidentiality.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Distribute new hire orientation packets and conduct new hire orientations.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Must have 2 years' experience in a comparable role; i.e. office administration, HR administration, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- HRIS experience desired, Paylocity preferred.
