Practice Hospitality at Colee LLC is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join their team. Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

About the Job:

As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for administering compensation and benefit plans, assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, conducting employee onboarding and training initiatives, and providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation. You will also promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace, assist in development and implementation of human resource policies, undertake tasks around performance management, gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, and maintain employee files and records.

Requirements:

  • Two-year proven experience in the Human Resources field
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
