Key Responsibilities:

  • Train, develop, and motivate supervisory staff to effectively oversee all day-to-day operations of the site security personnel.
  • Supervise other line managers, including Site Managers and Site Supervisors.
  • Oversee the employee onboarding process, including new hire interviewing, selection of candidates, training, and licensure.
  • Train subordinate supervisors on software systems, procedural guidelines, and Company policies, and enforce consistency in policy practice.
  • Coordinate operational functions, including payroll and billing, accounts receivable aging, staffing, scheduling, and personnel issues.
  • Carry out site assist visits and audits in accordance with the Quality Assurance program.
  • Coordinate with the Regional Manager and Senior Vice President of Operations to establish regional goals and objectives and communicate these with branch staff.
  • Work with sales and marketing to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.
  • 3 or more years of related management and leadership in the security industry, law enforcement, or military.
  • Current Level III or Level IV Texas Security License.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong portfolio management skills.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office products.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to travel and regularly visit all site locations in Austin and the surrounding area.
  • Flexibility to be on call as needed during all shifts.
