About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team at Blue Origin. As a key member of our corporate functions, you will play a critical role in providing centralized support across our business unit teams and locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve operational processes across Talent Acquisition, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing changes to enhance our hiring processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest regulations and maintain knowledge of their implications on our operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective recruiting processes that meet technical and functional hiring needs.
  • Support workshops and events to drive process improvements and facilitate communication among team members.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify industry best practices and improvement opportunities in our recruiting coordination practices and processes.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize proposed process changes and execute on change management plans to implement improvements.
  • Support external audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related business area.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting and/or Human Resources, with a focus on process development and improvement.
  • Proven success in critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver solutions.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and human capital management systems.
  • Strong internal and external customer service focus.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise in Workday, Jira, or similar ATS and ticketing systems.
  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and change management.
  • Experience with training development or delivery.
  • Start-up, high-growth, or ambiguous environment experience.
Compensation and Benefits

Competitive compensation range: $99,330.00-$139,062.00 (CO applicants), $108,360.00-$151,704.00 (WA applicants). Other site ranges may differ. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability, 401(k) with a company match of up to 5%, and an Education Support Program.

Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays. Discretionary bonus: Bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
