Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at River Run Services, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, processing incoming payments, tracking insurance records, and assisting with special projects. This is a full-time temporary position, offering a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing organization.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to ensure the timely completion of projects and maintain accurate records. You will also be responsible for reviewing daily reports, identifying discrepancies, and following up on issues. Your strong organizational and time management skills will enable you to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
  1. Process Incoming Payments: Ensure accurate and timely processing of all incoming payments, with proper documentation and reconciliation.
  2. Insurance Tracking: Monitor and update insurance records, assist with customer and/or insurance agent outreach, and maintain current and properly filed information.
  3. Scanning Documents: Organize, scan, and index documents in FIS Content Management, ensuring proper storage and accessibility.
  4. Daily Report Review: Review daily reports for accuracy and completeness, identify discrepancies, and follow up on issues.
  5. Assist with Special Projects: Support the team with research, data entry, and general assistance to ensure timely project completion.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of high school education or equivalent, with previous experience in commercial or residential loan servicing preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document scanning software. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality is required, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and ability to work independently are also necessary.

This position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, as well as the ability to lift 15 pounds at times.

Salary Range

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
