Job Description:
We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Coordinator to join our team In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting our medical staff. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing top-notch customer service to patients, medical staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinating patient appointments, data entry, and demographic information.
  • Verifying patient insurance and referrals available.
  • Handling phone calls from patients requiring medical attention and gathering necessary details.
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and communication.
  • Developing effective relationships with patients, medical staff, and external partners.
  • Staying up-to-date with medical terminology, HIPAA guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, one-year medical office experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software products. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with office equipment and Google Chrome is a plus
