Occupational Therapist PRN-OT Home Health Specialist

Pinnacle Home Care Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team of skilled home health care providers. As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients while enjoying a supportive and balanced work environment.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients' functional status and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their independence and quality of life.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' homes to identify potential hazards and barriers to independent living.
- Develop and implement treatment programs to address patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records and reports to ensure continuity of care.
- Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Licensed to practice as an OT in the State of Florida.
- Two years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist.
- Current BLS Certification.
