- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective strategies for customer engagement and retention.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, equipped, and organized to meet the needs of our customers and team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in an insurance or financial services environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life and Health License.
