About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician. In this role, you'll work with children aged 2-12 with autism and special needs, providing one-on-one support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and special needs
  • Work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide support and guidance to children in their homes or in one of our centers
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
