Estimator - Collision Repair Specialist

The Estimator - Collision Repair Specialist will provide exceptional customer service while creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers, and communicating with insurance companies throughout the repair process. The ideal candidate will accurately assess vehicle damage, document repairs, and ensure compliance with all team members and company KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document customer interactions and update information efficiently and accurately
- Provide customers with timely and accurate information, guiding them through the repair process
- Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics
- Communicate customer requests and needs to team members
- Provide positive energy when greeting customers
- Understand insurance programs and procedures
- Participate in daily production walks and support team members
- Attend training sessions and maintain store KPIs
Requirements:
- Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Awareness of where to find answers
- Basic computer skills
- Compliance with DRP's and minimum 1-year experience
- Valid driver's license
