Job Summary

We are seeking an Apprentice to join our team at Plumbing System Inc., a Zephyr Local Brand business. This role is the gateway to becoming a Junior Technician and beyond. As an Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn an exciting and rewarding profession while getting paid.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work under the direction of Lead Technicians to help complete tasks quickly and professionally.
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager, Sales Manager, and Service Manager with inventory storage and retrieval.
  • Help maintain a neat and orderly appearance of our facility and trucks.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated and self-starting individual with a great attitude.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
  • Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Working Conditions
  • Must consider safety as the primary job and have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands to handle controls, hear, and talk.
  • Exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, and extreme heat.
