Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Apprentice Plumber. This role is the gateway to becoming a Junior Technician and beyond, offering a constant learning experience and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work under the direction of Lead Technicians to assist with completing work quickly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager, Sales Manager, and Service Manager to help with inventory storage and retrieval.
  • Contribute to maintaining a neat and orderly appearance of our facility and trucks.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands
  • Must prioritize safety and have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands to handle controls, hear, and talk.
  • Exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, and extreme heat.
  • Must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces.
  • The ability to regularly lift and/or move 50+ lbs is required.
  • The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work – employees are required to work outdoors throughout the seasons.
  • This role is expected to work Monday through Friday from 7:30am-5pm, with occasional on-call weeks.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The pay for this position is $23/hour or more depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location, plus performance-based incentives.
  • Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
