About the Role
Plumbing System Inc. is looking for their first Licensed Master Electrician (E-1) who will start our electrical department, and be responsible for performing installations, repairs and maintenance of electrical equipment, wiring and electrical systems. This is a full-time role that will report to the company's General Manager and be based out of our growing Gypsum, CO office.
What You'll Do Here
- Be our first Electrician hire and start our electrical department
- Perform electrical installations, repairs and maintenance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and problems
- Wiring and rewiring structures
- Participate in training, meetings and company events
- Establish customer rapport to offer solutions and provide the correct service
We'd Love To Hear From You If You Have
- Knowledge of and experience with electrical systems, components, and installation practices
- Knowledge of ServiceTitan a plus
- Strong organization and attention to detail skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Excited about growth potential and managing other electricians
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
- Must consider safety one's primary job and must have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements
- To adequately perform the duties of this job the team member is regularly and routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands to handle controls, hear, and talk
- Must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces
- The ability to regularly lift and/or move 50+ lbs is required
- The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work – employees are required to work outdoors throughout the seasons
The pay for this position is $35-$42/hour or more depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location, plus performance based incentives. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
