Job Title: CSSO (Industrial Security Analyst 2)

At Huntington Ingalls Industries, we are seeking a highly skilled CSSO (Industrial Security Analyst 2) to join our team in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a multi-disciplined security program, ensuring compliance with government security regulations and company policies. This includes managing and maintaining UL-2050 Compliant Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and automated Access Control Systems (ACS), reviewing and tracking security clearance processing activities, and preparing and tracking DD254's forms for subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain a multi-disciplined security program, ensuring compliance with government security regulations and company policies.
  • Manage and maintain UL-2050 Compliant IDS and ACS.
  • Review and track security clearance processing activities.
  • Prepare and track DD254's forms for subcontractors.
  • Conduct security briefings and administer an effective security education program.
  • Adhere to and enforce security policies and procedures required for the classification, downgrading, upgrading, and safeguarding of classified information.
Requirements:
  • 3 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 1 year relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field, or 7 years relevant experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Top Secret clearance and a CI poly completed within the past 5 years.
  • Strong knowledge of the NISPOM and the aspects specific to the execution of the Industrial Security Program.
  • Ability to work from an HII facility and respond to alarm calls within 90 minutes.
  • Knowledge and experience enforcing security policies and procedures.
  • Ability to capture fingerprints electronically.
  • Experienced in the management of a cleared facility.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
  • Knowledge of the DOE, Intelligence Community, and other Government security regulatory manuals.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Facility Security Officer Program Management for Possessing Facilities certificate of completion.
  • Establishing an Insider Threat Program Course certificate completion.
Physical Requirements:

Job performance requires adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements of the discipline. Office work environment.
