We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Security Analyst 3 to join our team at Huntington Ingalls Industries. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the security measures necessary for our classified programs.
Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain the security measures necessary for our classified programs, including access control, physical security, and OPSEC.
- Manage and maintain UL-2050 Compliant Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and automated Access Control Systems (ACS).
- Review, track, and monitor security clearance processing activities with appropriate government personnel to efficiently complete clearance actions.
- Prepare, track, and monitor DD254's forms for subcontractors, ensuring 100% accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and report security violations and draft incident reports to include preventive action to be taken.
- Maintain all records in compliance with our security manual and procedures.
- 6 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 4 years relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field, or 10 years relevant experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Top Secret clearance and a CI poly completed within the five years.
- Strong knowledge of the NISPOM and the aspects specific to the execution of the Industrial Security Program.
- Ability to work from an HII facility and respond to alarm calls within 90 minutes.
- Knowledge and experience enforcing security policies and procedures.
- Facility Security Officer Program Management for Possessing Facilities certificate of completion.
- Establishing an Insider Threat Program Course certificate completion.
