  • Manage and motivate a team of commercial lines account managers and support staff.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies to achieve profitability and service goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, including workflow management and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements based on client feedback and industry trends.
  • Work with the Practice Group Leader to achieve service and profitability goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years as a Manager/Team Lead/Supervisor.
  • Minimum 5 years recently working as a Commercial Lines Account Manager within an independent agency environment.
  • Active AZ Property/Casualty licenses.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Applied EPIC experience is required.
  • Insurance Designations (CIC, CPCU) are a plus.
  • College degree is preferred.
