**Job Summary**

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, optimize processes, ensure quality control, and maximize efficiency within our food processing plant.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Oversee Daily Operations**: Manage and coordinate daily activities in the food processing plant to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • **Staff Management**: Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
  • **Process Optimization**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • **Problem-Solving**: Analyze operational challenges and develop effective solutions to improve plant performance.
  • **Compliance**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and ensure the plant adheres to all relevant standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in Operations Management, Process Optimization, and Quality Control within the food processing or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong Team Leadership and Staff Management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations, USDA organic standards, HACCP, and GMP.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications in operations management or quality control are a plus.
