Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Sales Director to join our team at Securian Financial Group. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic sales plans to achieve our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Lead Sales Teams: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Provide Sales Training and Support: Develop and deliver sales training programs to ensure sales teams have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong sales and leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
