Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing timely and responsive service.
  • Utilize technology effectively to serve customers, including handling financial transactions and monitoring loan support.
  • Provide general support for other roles and departments in the office and across the Association.
  • Represent and communicate the purpose and values of Farm Credit Mid-America, adhering to our conduct policy, security policy, and confidentiality expectations.
How You Will Spend Your Time
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues and providing quality support.
  • Process financial transactions, including monetary accounting activities and loan support.
  • Monitor and manage office expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Support marketing and meetings, as well as perform loan-related post-closing tasks.
  • Document scanning and support all Business Segments with customer service and processing needs.
  • Serve as primary contact for facilities vendors, building upkeep, and maintenance.
  • Help monitor non-employee access to the building and manage office supplies.
  • Work in a team environment to accomplish team goals.
Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with a High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of successful experience in administrative support, financial-related customer service, or computer operations.

Mental & Physical Requirements

This role requires strong mental acuity, problem-solving skills, and occasional physical tasks such as standing, lifting, or extended computer usage. Some roles may require physical or mental requirements related to driving, such as a valid driver's license, and the ability to drive a long-distance.
