Senior Associate, Credit Operations Specialist

Hamilton Lane is seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Associate to join our Investor Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity of our credit investment data and liaising with our outside vendors to ensure credit investment data is correct for HL's reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the WSO vendor relationship to ensure seamless data exchange.
- Review monthly WSO reporting, manage and provide support to analysts.
- Add credit investment trades/data into the Wall Street Office Web platform.
- Assist and manage parts of the monthly NAV reporting cycles for Evergreen funds.
- Proficiently read through credit agreements and legal documents to extract necessary information for data entry.
- High-volume reconciliation of credit investments data/transactions, including error corrections, documentation, and daily, monthly, and quarterly error account reconciliation.
- Act as a point of contact for the credit operation team to manage Wall Street Office Web and ClearPar platform with internal HL teams and external administrators.
- Ensure the start-to-end completion of executing credit investment deals through our ClearPar platform, ensuring legal documents are executed and fundings are met at time of close.
- Become proficient at utilizing HL Technologies and generating reports and data requests out of various systems.
- Interface with a diverse group within Hamilton Lane across various departments, including the Investment Team, Research, Reporting, Business Development, Legal, and Senior Management.
- College degree (B.A., B.S. or B.B.A.).
- 6-8 years working experience.
- Financial Services and/or private equity experience is a plus.
- Highly motivated and organized; detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload.
- Proactively identify challenges and offer solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
