We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquets Bartender to join our team at the Broadmoor Hotel. Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Take orders from guests and servers, and execute service duties in accordance with Forbes AAA inspection standards and Broadmoor Standards of Excellence
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the back bar and service stations
- Replenish bar snacks and supplies as needed
- Monitor and maintain knowledge of Colorado liquor laws and regulations
- Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service and high levels of guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent required; at least three months of related experience and/or training preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
- Math skills to accurately handle cash and credit transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
