Position Overview:

As a Client Success Strategist, you will guide government teams through a structured cloud migration onboarding process. This involves conducting process briefings, coordinating with technical teams, and developing resources to enhance customer experience. We seek proactive individuals who can assist our clients in modernizing their IT frameworks and addressing their most pressing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members and government product owners to ensure effective cloud migration for various applications and systems.
  • Utilize your expertise in client management, Agile methodologies, and knowledge management to prioritize initiatives that enhance customer experience.
  • Facilitate the acquisition of virtual machines to support client missions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing contract support to government entities, including the Department of Defense (DoD).
  • Familiarity with Agile Framework methodologies and tools, particularly those within the Atlassian Suite.
  • Proficient in entering and managing project data, comments, and documentation in project management software.
  • Experience in leading scope, requirements, prioritization, and business process meetings with stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop documentation for IT applications, system specifications, and functional test plans in accordance with established standards.
  • Understanding of cloud technical concepts, best practices, and client-oriented solutions.
  • Capability to work independently to drive, schedule, and execute new solutions, features, integrations, and operations.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DoD or Army organizations.
  • Familiarity with case management technologies such as ServiceNow or Salesforce.
  • Experience in cloud migration of IT systems or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Top Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Agile Practitioner, or Agile Project Delivery Management (APM) certification, or equivalent.
