About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scaffolding Specialist. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient erection and dismantling of scaffolding systems on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare work processes to ensure safe and efficient scaffolding operations
  • Conduct site surveys to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Assess load-bearing capacity and ensure proper weight-bearing capacity of scaffolding systems
  • Maintain, store, and transport scaffolding components in accordance with safety regulations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless site operations and high-quality results
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess good manual skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be comfortable working at heights and in a fast-paced construction environment.
