We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at REV Group. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for installing various vehicle interior and exterior parts according to specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and production fixtures.
Key Responsibilities- Install all non-electrical interior and exterior components and hardware.
- Bolt, screw, clip, or otherwise fasten together parts to form subassemblies, such as doors, seats, instrument control panels, steering columns, and axle units.
- Seal joints and seams using a caulking gun.
- Fasten seats, door paneling, headliners, carpeting, molding, and other trim into position.
- Assemble fabricated parts, components, or units at floor stations.
- Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
- Ability to read and use linear and other measuring devices.
- Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards.
- Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools, such as drills and screw guns.
- Must have general knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards.
- Ability to function with a minimal amount of supervision or no supervision.
- Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled.

- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40#'s without assistance.

- Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards.
- Ability to safely use specified hand, air, power tools, and machinery.
- Ability to operate and understand the operation of all protective safety equipment in the area.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
- Ability to handle and dispose of hazardous waste.
- Ability to work in noisy and dusty conditions.
