About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Scaffolding Specialist to join our team at Radiant Innovations. As a Scaffolding Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient construction of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety and Compliance: You will be responsible for adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Planning and Preparation: You will plan and prepare work processes, gathering and evaluating information to ensure that all scaffolding components are properly assembled and secured.
  • Technical Documentation: You will create and use technical documents to record and communicate information about scaffolding components, ensuring that all relevant details are accurately documented.
  • Surveying and Assessment: You will conduct surveying work to assess load-bearing capacity and ensure that all scaffolding components are properly weighted and secured.
  • Maintenance and Storage: You will be responsible for maintaining, storing, and transporting scaffolding components, ensuring that they are in good working condition and properly secured.

Requirements:

  • Manual Skills: You should have good manual skills and be comfortable working with your hands.
  • Attention to Detail: You should be detail-oriented and have a good spatial imagination, able to visualize and understand complex scaffolding structures.
  • Team Player: You should be a team player, able to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
