Certified Sign Language Interpreter Professional

At Sorenson Communications, we're dedicated to connecting people through innovative communication access 24/7/365. As a part-time Deaf and hearing community interpreter, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional interpretation services for Deaf consumers across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities- Hearing interpreters will effectively interpret between ASL and spoken English
- Deaf interpreters will effectively interpret between ASL, Tactile American Sign Language, other forms of visual communication, and written English
- A high school diploma or GED
- An associate's or bachelor's degree (preferred, but not required)
- Interpreter certification
- 3 years' experience working as an interpreter (preferred, but not required)
We offer a competitive salary range of $25-$60 per hour, depending on location, education, and certifications. Additional benefits include flexible scheduling, the option to pick and choose which work you want to do, and reimbursement for parking, tolls, and mileage for all assignments.
