Job Summary:

Spurwink Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy in a school setting, as well as home and community-based sessions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions, as well as group therapy sessions as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to ensure ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling.
  • Maine licensure (LMSW-cc, LCSW, LCPC-c, or LCPC).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
