Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored speech, language, swallowing, cognition, and voice therapy.
- Adhere to all relevant guidelines, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and payer regulations.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address the holistic needs of residents, focusing on their strengths and preferences.
- Implement and monitor individual care plans, fostering a sense of comfort and belonging for each resident.
Compensation:
