Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Family Behavior Solutions. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing individualized ABA services to children and their families in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct 1:1 and/or small group services in a home setting, maintaining a positive attitude and rapport at all times.
  • Carry out individualized treatment plans as directed by the Clinical Supervisor and/or Student Analyst.
  • Assist with activities of daily living and model appropriate social and play skills.
  • Collect ongoing data to track child's progress and follow specified goals and accommodations per child's individual goals as directed by BCBA or other treatment team members.
  • Attend and participate in relevant trainings and meetings, working collaboratively with parents, the Clinical Supervisor, Treatment Coordinator, and other professionals.
  • Maintain appropriate ethical boundaries with family members at all times and assist in training new direct care workers.
  • Take ongoing data on all aspects of treatment and maintain current and ongoing documentation of all activities.
  • Create individual or group therapeutic and educational materials as requested by other members of the team.
  • Participate in the development of instructional procedures and assist in maintaining the appearance of the office/clinics.
  • Enter all timesheet information into Practice Management Software and perform other tasks as directed by supervisors and leads.
Requirements
  • 1+ years experience working with children with developmental disabilities and their families in the home setting.
  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
  • Reliable Transportation/willingness to travel wherever various clients reside.
  • RBT Certification or willingness to become certified.
