Overview: A prestigious Automotive Main Dealer in the Northampton area is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead their aftersales operations within a dynamic and well-established dealership.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Service Operations Manager within a franchised dealership

- Overseeing the entire Aftersales Team, including Parts, Service, and Workshop departments
- Managing recruitment and training initiatives for Service, Parts, and Workshop teams
- Ensuring that performance targets are consistently met and surpassed
- Maximizing the profitability of the Aftersales Department
Compensation: The salary for this Service Operations Manager role is £45,000, with a potential OTE of £60,000.
