Location: Northampton

Base Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus

On-Target Earnings: £60,000

Overview: A prestigious Automotive Main Dealer in the Northampton area is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead their aftersales operations within a dynamic and well-established dealership.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Service Operations Manager within a franchised dealership
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Robust technical knowledge of automotive services
  • A motivational leader who inspires their team towards achieving success

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the entire Aftersales Team, including Parts, Service, and Workshop departments
  • Managing recruitment and training initiatives for Service, Parts, and Workshop teams
  • Ensuring that performance targets are consistently met and surpassed
  • Maximizing the profitability of the Aftersales Department

Compensation: The salary for this Service Operations Manager role is £45,000, with a potential OTE of £60,000.
