Community Operations Manager

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Community Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the company's objectives and property operating budget, ensuring a quality living environment for residents, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage operating budgets, billing processes, and accounting functions
  • Oversee upkeep of property curb appeal, annual inspections, and maintenance
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents and ensure timely communication
  • Recruit, train, and manage team members
  • Attend trainings, seminars, and conferences

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in residential property management or a related field
  • Excellent budget and financial management skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory programs and policies
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi software experience
