Job Overview The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in assisting the VP of Asset Management and the Leasing Director. This position involves crafting a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored for small suite leasing, developing and executing promotional plans, and enhancing brand assets. The ideal candidate will also provide administrative support to the Creative & Marketing team, ensuring smooth operations across various marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage an Instagram account to promote small suite offerings.
  • List available spaces on platforms such as Facebook, Craigslist, Loopnet, Co-Star, Crexi, Commercial Edge, and AIR/Catalyst.
  • Investigate Google Ads and other digital marketing strategies to improve visibility for small office spaces in the Financial District.
  • Design targeted marketing flyers for small suites.
  • Revamp the company website to feature small suite listings.
  • Research local educational institutions and professional organizations to identify potential tenants for small suites.
  • Create a database of local medical facilities for outreach by the Leasing Manager, focusing on professionals such as psychologists and therapists.
  • Innovate and present new marketing ideas to the Leasing Manager.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or marketing coordinator role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
  • Must exhibit professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are required.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to assist team members on various projects.

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
