As a Front Desk Coordinator at NFC Amenity, you will be stationed at exclusive locations, warmly welcoming residents and performing various tasks to ensure seamless operations. Your authentic demeanor and capacity to engage with residents are crucial in creating a welcoming environment.

Your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Communicating effectively with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
  • Receiving and documenting deliveries in accordance with property protocols.
  • Coordinating contractor visits and other property-related activities.
  • Informing residents and guests about property rules and regulations.
  • Adhering to property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
  • Promptly addressing resident inquiries, phone calls, and concerns.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance in the provided uniform.
  • Enjoying meaningful interactions with residents.

We seek a candidate who excels in a dynamic environment and appreciates working autonomously. Strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential. The hourly compensation for this role is $17.00.
