Key Responsibilities

Prioritization and Oversight: Direct and oversee the performance of the Stockroom, Shipping, Material Control, and Production Control Departments.

Process Development: Develop, review, and revise processes and procedures to ensure compliance with AS9100C standards.

Audit Support: Provide support for both internal and external audits.

Data Analysis: Create and analyze reports and alerts to enhance operational processes.

Collaboration: Engage in Program Reviews, Operations Reviews, and weekly Production meetings, facilitating interaction among various departments including Materiel, Production, Quality Assurance, Finance, Contracts, and Business Development.

Inventory Management: Establish cycle count policies, monitor statistics, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Logistics Coordination: Manage shipments to guarantee timely and accurate delivery.

Order Review: Assess all internal requirements and Customer Orders for completeness and reasonableness.

Production Scheduling: Maintain and manage the master Production Schedule in collaboration with Production and Purchasing Managers.

Purchase Requisition Management: Oversee the release of Purchase Requisitions to align with the Production Schedule.

Shop Order Progress: Manage the release and progress of Shop Orders to support the Production Schedule.

Material Allocation: Set priorities for material distribution across projects and between production and repair activities.

Engineering Change Coordination: Coordinate the implementation of Engineering Change Orders for materials on hand and in Work In Progress (WIP).

Traceability Assurance: Ensure complete lot batch and serial number traceability of all materials is maintained in both ERP and Manufacturing Execution Systems.

Inventory Audit Preparation: Prepare and support the annual Physical Inventory and Work in Process audit.

Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant management experience, preferably in the electronic assembly sector.

Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of ERP systems; experience with IFS is preferred.
