We're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Supply Chain and Manufacturing Intern. As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced engineers and industry professionals in one of several areas:

Manufacturing Engineering:

You'll focus on launches and operational tasks by establishing and deploying technical solutions with standards for manufacturing and fabrication processes.

Manufacturing Operations:

You'll turn materials and labor into goods and services for our customers while focusing on process improvement, quality, delivery, safety, and productivity.

Quality & Continuous Improvement Engineering:

You'll have multiple responsibilities and work with team members within Rockwell Automation to ensure we deliver the highest quality and most reliable products, services, and solutions to our customers.

Supply Chain and Planning:

You'll focus on supply chain optimization to ensure growth. You'll work in one of several teams, including Strategic Sourcing, Logistics, Transportation, or Production Planning.

As a Supply Chain and Manufacturing Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work in one of our multiple manufacturing locations in a in-person work arrangement. We provide relocation and housing support for those who qualify.

Locations and work arrangements include:

Wisconsin:

Milwaukee, Mequon, Middleton, Richland Center, or Ladysmith

Ohio:

Mayfield Heights or Twinsburg

This is a 40-hour-per-week assignment, Monday through Friday, lasting 10-12 weeks in the summer.

Basic Qualifications:

You must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university. Legal authorization to work in the US is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior intern or co-op with Rockwell Automation, pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Operations Research, Logistics, General Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering/Distribution, Manufacturing Engineering, or Systems Engineering, preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above, expected graduation date is December 2025 or beyond, met on campus, national recruiting events, a Rockwell Automation-hosted event, or a targeted recruiting campaign, previous experience in a manufacturing environment, experience in Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma concepts, basic knowledge in supply chain, previous supply chain internship experience.
