Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective material and information flow strategies to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Take ownership of supplier on-time delivery, process efficiencies, and inventory management to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to achieve supply chain requirements.
- Lead upstream supply chain performance improvement projects to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Manage product portfolio, life cycle, and NPI process with suppliers to ensure compatibility and operational excellence.
- Support centre-led sourcing team with supplier development activities and drive delivery improvement initiatives.
- Utilize SiOP data to provide suppliers with forecasted demand profiles and identify and escalate supply risks.
- Manage engineering change requirements, balancing inventory levels and supplier requirements.
- Accountable for Supply Chain metrics, performance, and root cause countermeasures, inclusive of Supplier OTD.
- Educated to degree level or with appropriate workplace experience/qualification.
- Strong data analysis and ERP subject matter expert.
- Experience with manufacturing supply-chain and Lean methodology.
- Strong inventory management skills.
