We are seeking a skilled Diesel Service Technician to join our team at Sanco Thermo King. This is a unique opportunity to work with refrigeration and auxiliary power units, utilizing your mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.

As a Diesel Service Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance on customer equipment, collaborate with internal team members, and communicate effectively with customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining paperwork, submitting reports, and completing training requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong mechanic aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Clean driving record and DOT-approved physical required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diesel engine experience a plus
  • Technical degree or certification desirable
  • Experience working with refrigeration units an asset
