Job Description

The Leasing Consultant is a key member of the FPI Management, Inc. team, responsible for interacting with residents and potential residents to promote the community and secure lease agreements. This role requires excellent communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients and residents, ensuring that FPI meets their objectives and expectations.
  • Communication: Provide excellent customer service, responding to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Leasing and Occupancy: Maintain occupancy levels, exhibit professional leasing techniques, and assist with marketing strategies to promote the community.
  • Reporting and Document Management: Maintain accurate and confidential resident files, ensuring compliance with FPI Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Risk Management: Ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures, reporting any incidents or concerns to the proper authorities.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist residents with maintenance requests, documenting and following up on issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Other: Enforce community rules and regulations, promote a professional image, and meet all training requirements for the position.
