Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their homes and businesses are pest-free and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete our comprehensive training program and learn the skills required to effectively manage pest control service routes
- Follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer
- Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet their needs for a complete pest management program
- Serve as a problem solver for customers, utilizing in-depth training to decide on the most efficient and effective pest solution for each customer's needs
- Complete all required service-related documentation and leverage a handheld device for speed and accuracy
- Serve as a key member of the local branch team

Requirements:
- Good driving record and ability to pass a drug screen
- Meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations

- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
