Job Description

Job Title: Process Optimization Specialist

At Erdrich USA, we are seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process optimization and improvement
  • Support tool maintenance and tool shop department
  • Support first try outs with new tools and technologies
  • Tracking and support to all production processes

Requirements:

  • Experience in the automotive business and special knowledge within metal forming and deep drawing
  • Good knowledge of accompanying measurement instrumentation
  • Knowledgeable of requirements for health, safety and environmental protection, hazards associated with the production equipment
  • Experience with MS Office / SAP / CAQ / process control systems
  • Outstanding Blueprint reading
