What We Offer

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in process enhancement, project management, quality assurance, tool and die design, and implementing continuous improvements in a manufacturing setting.
  • Expertise in machining, casting, forging, and various manufacturing techniques.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
