Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop effective solutions to improve manufacturing processes
- Analyze data to optimize production and improve quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing methodologies
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, quality control, and manufacturing
- Expertise in machining, casting, forging, and other manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office
