Job Description

As a Leasing Specialist at Continental Realty, you will be responsible for leasing apartment homes in a fast-paced and competitive market. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional after-sales service to meet the ongoing needs of existing residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a hunter's mentality to prepare endlessly and wade through contacts and leads to lease as many apartments as possible.
  • Exercise discipline to follow up consistently, as this is one of the most valuable acts for anyone in a sales role.
  • Be politely persistent and don't take no for an answer.
  • Gain product knowledge and be able to articulate the value of our apartment homes.
  • Develop relationships and build a portfolio of relationships.
  • Collaborate with your team to understand the unique needs of prospects and residents to determine the best solution.

Requirements:

  • Leasing experience preferred, with a solid track record in a busy office.
  • 2 years of sales experience, with the ability to sell in a competitive market.
  • Self-motivation and drive, with a strong work ethic.
  • Resilience and tenacity, with the ability to handle rejection.
  • People skills, with the ability to have conversations with prospects and listen to their real needs.
  • Charisma, with the ability to be likeable to prospects and residents.
  • Empathy, with the ability to relate to customers and support them.
  • Confidence, with the ability to never let go of opportunities and stay positive.
