Job Title: Leasing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Specialist to join our team at Continental Realty. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for leasing apartment homes in a fast-paced and competitive market. You will also provide exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a leasing strategy to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and residents to drive leasing and retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the leasing team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure Continental Realty remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a leasing or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects and residents.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals and objectives.
  • Self-motivation and drive, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Resilience and tenacity, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
